When we woke up today, we thought thats this is going to be a bad day. After waking up we went downstairs to have breakfast and then to the warmimg up like every day. We’ve done it and went to talk about how the day is going to be. We had a little problem with it. We had to discuss our presenatation that is going to be on friday and thats is including everything we “learned” in this week . We couldn’t make an agreement how it’s going to be and work. We seperated us into some groups thats should this discuss it, then we threw everything into one big idea. And we decided who’s going to do different things like costums, musik, and so on. Then we’ve done those things in the evening and in the end we’ve sat again into a big circle and discussed the whole work of the day… Stefan and Lenka

Hello everybody, today was a good day.
We did a lot of things and sun was shining all day. In the morning we started with making sound. At first we had to find something with which we could make noises. We used wood,stones,grass and other things. Than we played in group. We all wondered how great it sounds. After that we started to make our own installations. We had to design a place with LandArt and look for suitable sounds. In the evening every group presented their results and we had a lot of fun while watching and listening to it. Our last activity that we expected to do together was dinner but then they told us we will do a campfire. Tolja & Laura

Monday - At the begining of the day we started with a good breakfast. At 9:00 AM we started with warming -up, we played „The Monk“ after that was the „Cat and the mouse“ and „Rhytm of names“. We watched some photos of Landart, Mandala and bodypainting. We went for a walk into the forest around us. It was really dangerous and some of us throught :“We won’t come back withouth any injury“. Then we suggested ideas of our Mandala. Then we had lunch, after the meal we had 2 hours for ourselves. Our second warming- up was about creating of monsters and team work. Than in the afternoon we had to prove our acting talent. At 5:30 PM we had a meeting when we discussing our oppinions about this day. Everyone anjoyed the day. After dinner we watched a document about land art. PS: We had spaghetti withouth meat!

From May 16-18 took place the second meeting of the journalism workshop in Radvanec (CZ) where we continued preparing the Lanterna Futuri Festival 2008. We tried being moderators and found out, that we are in a good position to present the whole event program. We followed the path of a murdered journalist Martines as well. After the trip we put ourselves into the shoes of Martines and made some reports about “absurdity of life”. During the evening we supported our creativity by puzzles and other funny tricks. We were visited by many famous people like Eminem, George W.Bush, Maria Teresia…. We enjoyed the exquisite cuisine by our kitchen queen Ji?ina. The only bothering thing was the moody weather. Anyway we are satisfied with all results, looking forward for the big show in June.

After wake up, at first, we have a warming up. After warming up we studied some thinks about film-making. We tried shooting some scenes, about our fictitious persons. In the evening, we saw our original work on screen and we saw edited version by Katka & Mennko. It was really nice. Now, we make a big SOAP (telenovelette). It’s very crazy. Maybe, theme illusion is not so exactly keeping, but we enjoy it.

Today morning, after the breakfast we made war up, outside. Then we spoke about the second part of our soap.  And collect ideas. After that we started to film the socond part. After the lunch we finished filming at 16.30 p.m. Then we stard cuting the scene. Went until evening. Then some minutes later, after supper, we watched the complete second part of the soap.

Am Tag der deutschen Einheit ist zu Hause in Deutschland ein Feiertag. Gearbeitet wird an diesem natürlich Tag nicht. Ganz anders bei Lanterna Futuri. Bis 2:00 Uhr in der Nacht sitzen manche noch am Computer, verbessern ihre Texte, schneiden Interviews und auch die Dolmetscher sind vollends in die Übersetzungsarbeiten eingespannt.
Der Morgen begann ganz normal und human um 8:00 Uhr mit Frühstück und „Warm ups”. Nach dem kleinere organisatorische Dinge geklärt sind, geht es an die individuelle Arbeit. Unterbrochen durch die Mittagessenglocke finden wir bei Knödel und Spinat neue Motivationen für unsere Arbeiten.Texte schreiben, korrigieren lassen, umändern… das war der Ablauf von vielen, die für unsere Zeitung „H3O” schreiben.
Diejenigen, die Material für die Radio-Sendung „Oxygenius” gesammelt haben, sitzen mit Kopfhörern vor ihrem PC-Schnittprogramm „Sound Forge 9.0″ - man könnte denken, die vielen Linien stellen ein Netz dar?!
Und die Dolmetscher und Redakteure? Die haben natürlich auch keine Ruhe, während sie Tschechisch-Polnisch oder Polnisch-Deutsch übersetzen und ständig Tipps geben, wie wer was besser machen kann…
Mit den Spaghetti am Abend war der Tag aber lange noch nicht vorbei. Die Nacht sollte kurz werden - und die Texte sollten fertig werden.
Und so kommt es, dass noch viele des Nachts mit schweren Augenlidern vor ihrem flimmernden Bildschirm sitzen, in Vorfreude auf den benötigten Schlaf.
Aber ich bin sicher, dass wir alle mit gutem Gewissen das Licht ausschalten können, denn die Ergebnisse heute sind schon sehr beachtlich.

We had breakfast and the warming-up in the morning as usual. Then we went to the horse farm and to the gamekeeper. But the gamekeeper had not enough time for us so we went to him in the afternoon again. In the evening after dinner we had to think a name for our magazine and radio station up. But we weren’t successful. I hope we will be more successful tomorrow. We went to the bed at half past 11 p.m., because we finally integrated.
