One week ago, i had a short trip to ceska lipa to visit the last stop of Lanterna Futuri Festival. It was a realy amazinglocation and you had wonderful presentation in all your workshops. I took some photos …. hope you like it.

A little bit tired but ready for the third festival-day, we arrived at 13:00 in Ceska Lipa. After the usual part with building tents and getting ready, the party started.

The old castle gave the event a special atmosphere and there were for three hours  high  feelings of life  that conquered everbodys heart. But the day was not over because the trip to Sloup waited infront of the door. We looked forward to  our sleeping places but  the minds went always around the next extraordinary day. Lanterna Futuri party !!! Let`s see what will come tomorrow…or should I better say  today

Tourauftakt! Der Zeltbaumeister übernahm am frühen Morgen das Kommando und weihte unsere Tourteilnehmer in die Kunst der sechs mal sechs Meter großen Zirkuszelte ein. Unzählige Stangen, Planen, Nägel, Kabel und tausend andere Details müssen bis zum Abend an Ort und Stelle gebracht werden. Von Minute zu Minute verwandelt sich der Parkplatz des Kulti Grohedo in den immer lebendiger werdenden Lanterna Futuri Jahrmarkt.
Hochgespannt fiebern 80 Filmer, Musiker, Journalisten, Schauspieler und Künstler, fünf Spielzelte und eine große Bühne ihrer Show am Abend entgegen. Der Countdown läuft, denn heute 20.30 Uhr heißt es: Vorhang auf für „Absurdities of Life“, Motto einer Festivalshow, die bis Freitag durch unser Dreiländereck tourt. Seien Sie herzlich eingeladen, kommen Sie vorbei und lassen sich überraschen!

Today every workshop is concentrating on the preparing for the big event which is Lanterna Futuri Festival. While the journalists are making the introduction for the festival moderation, all actors of the theater team turn to wild and colorful, crazy animals with human masks and behavior. Musicians are creating the special LF song. It sounds great.

A lot of football fans have different feelings - polish fans are a little bit sad because of the lost match but Germans are very happy cause they won against Austria.
So tomorrow it will be the next busy day.

At first, one short question to Tini:
“How are you today and what feelings do you have before going on Festival-Tour?”
- “It is nice and I am glad to be here. And what about the Festival-Tour…? - Well, I’m looking forward! It will be great”

So lets have a look to Großhennersdorf. What’s going on here?

All lanterna-crazy people who want to go on Festival-Tour met at 12 o’clock - except of Thomas: “I thought it starts at 2 p.m.”.

But never mind! The rest was quite ordered. We learned how to use a ladder and that it is very difficult to make lunch for 80 hungry human beeings.

Once more the sky was dark. Rain was also not missing. The later evening was dissapointing for our czech friends and some tears were on their faces. The reason: The Czech Republic is out of the Euro 2008.
We’ll have a look tonight, wheather Germany does it better… or not.
